Referral Bonus Opportunity For Loretto Employees
ATTENTION: Bonus extended through June 30, 2023.
Refer a CERTIFIED clinical candidate today and get cash in your pocket! 50% Paid on DAY ONE of the new employee’s start at Loretto, and the remaining 50% paid at their 6-month mark.
$1,500 - for Certified Nurse Aides & Certified Home Health Aides [$750 up front]
$2,500 - for LPNS [$1250 up front]
$5,000 - for RNs [$2500 up front]
- Qualified candidates must have proof of certification or licensure. Trainee candidates are not eligible.
- Bonuses will be paid in the first paycheck following the new employee’s start date, then 50% at their 6-month mark.
- Referrals must be submitted between October 15, 2022 and June 30, 2023 to qualify.
- Referrals are welcome for all current union and nonunion openings.
- Union and Non-Union employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
- We will consider referrals for previous Loretto employees if it’s been more than 6 months since they worked at a Loretto location.
- The Employee Referral Bonus Form must be submitted to your HR Business Partner prior to the date of hire, unless the applicant identifies the referring employee’s name on the employment onboarding portal as the referral source. Must provide accurate contact information – email and cell phone – for each referred candidate.
- Both the employee making the referral and the referred person must remain employed at Loretto for the employee to continue to receive the bonus payments.
- Referral bonuses will be issued in a separate check and will be taxed at the supplemental tax rate.
