
Rules and Restrictions:
- Referrals are welcome for all current union and nonunion positions.
- Union and Non-Union employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
- We will consider referrals for previous Loretto employees if it’s been more than 6 months since they worked at a Loretto location.
- The Employee Referral Bonus Form must be submitted to your HR Business Partner prior to the date of hire, unless the applicant identifies the referring employee’s name on the employment onboarding portal as the referral source.
- Bonus potential per referral is $1500 to be paid out as follows:
- $250 bonus will be paid for a candidate once they’ve started their employment.
- $250 bonus will be paid out after three (3) months, $500 bonus will be paid out after six (6) months, and a final installment of $500 will be paid out after twelve (12) months of employment.
- Both the employee making the referral and the referred person must remain employed at Loretto for the employee to continue to receive the bonus payments.
- Referral bonuses will be issued in a separate check and will be taxed at the supplemental tax rate.
- This program begins September 5, 2022 and will end June 30, 2023
