Welcome! Our Communities are Open to New Residents.
We are excited to welcome new residents to our Loretto communities. Our admissions teams are ready to answer your questions and show you around! You are invited to tour any of our communities, either in-person or virtually. New residents are not obligated to quarantine prior to moving in. And once you move in, you’re free to come and go in the community as you wish, and have visitors, as permitted by state regulatory requirements.
Friends and Families are welcome – what to know about visitation.
Family and friends are a vital part of our residents’ lives, and there’s nothing that can replace visiting a loved one in person. Now, friends and family are welcome to visit their loved ones at our communities, as state and local restrictions allow. Visits may be outside or inside the community, but ask before visiting as the restrictions vary by facility, including limits on number of visitors and length of your visit. Visiting hours are in place, and must be observed.
You will need to follow CDC guidelines, observe social distancing, and wear masks when required. And, you will be screened when you arrive at one of our Accushield kiosks. We strongly encourage all visitors to be vaccinated to ensure the continued safely of our residents and staff.

PACE CNY
Resumption of regular services at the Day Centers will be determined by the State Department of Health. Call: (315) 452-5800 for more information about PACE operations, or visitation at Forest View and Highland House.

Daybreak Adult Day Program
The Syracuse and Auburn adult day programs are currently closed. We continue to reevaluate opening opportunities as social distancing and other regulatory requirements are relaxed but do not have firm reopening plans at this time.

In the event of a positive case, residents may be quarantined to their floors but families can continue to visit provided they follow infection control protocols
Loretto Health & Rehabilitation

Please follow strict infection control protocols and delay your visit if you are not feeling well or may have been exposed to COVID. In the event of a positive case, residents may be quarantined to their floors but families can continue to visit provided they follow infection control protocols.
The Nottingham Residential Healthcare Community [RHCF]
- Visiting Hours: Open to visitors; no restrictions on hours or number of visitors. Please follow strict infection control protocols and delay your visit if you are not feeling well or may have been exposed to COVID. In the event of a positive case, residents may be quarantined to their floors but families can continue to visit provided they follow infection control protocols.
Visiting Our Independent & Assisted Living Communities
There are no limitations on length of visit at this time at any of our assisted living facilities. Please follow CDC guidelines when visiting any community, including wearing a mask and social distancing, and please plan visits during normal hours of visitation unless for a compassionate care visit.
