We have partnered with Dialyze Direct, the nation’s largest provider of staff-assisted dialysis in skilled nursing facilities, to deliver this program using the most advanced methods and technology, which focuses on gentler treatments to help patients better manage fluid, reducing recovery times for most patients to an hour or less.

Dialyze Direct’s nurses, technicians, social workers, and dietitians work with the patient’s physician to ensure the highest continuity of care. And the program is supervised by a licensed nephrologist.

Treatments are customized and continuously adapted to each patient’s unique health needs. This allows for better quality of life for our residents, with no waiting for transportation to/from an outside clinic, no missed meals, appointments, visits or leisure activities, so they have more time to focus on rehabilitation goals and social activities as well as improved appetite and vitality.
