He partnered with Loretto during the COVID-19 Pandemic, ensuring we had PPE and supplies critical to Loretto as the County’s safety-net provider and helping Loretto establish as the region’s only COVID transition facility. McMahon has worked with Loretto to secure grant funding, advocated for affordable housing, a critical need for our frontline staff, and supported our workforce development programs.
The Loretto Foundation’s annual Hope Celebration is a fundraising event that raises money and awareness for The Loretto Foundation, a not-for-profit organization established to advocate for older adults and support Loretto’s role as an innovator in long-term care. Last year, the Hope Celebration raised over $200,000 to help Loretto residents and employees in need.
The Foundation provides a variety of programs and initiatives that deliver hope and compassion to Loretto employees and residents like workforce development programs that offer paid training, innovative technology for residents, emergency grants for employees in crisis, memory care unit amenities, and free diapers to Loretto employees with small children.
