LPN Referral Bonus

Bonus Eligibility Details:

• This program is limited to 10 offers: 5 Full-Time and 5 Part-Time Offers
• The Employee Referral Bonus Form must be completed by the current employee and submitted to Talent Acquisition Department prior to the date of hire, unless the applicant identifies the referring employee’s name as the referral source in their ICIMS portal during the application or onboarding process, prior to starting work. No exceptions will be made.
• Referral Bonus eligibility only applies to new hires with all required licenses as of hire date.
• Referral Bonus payments will not be issued to staff converted from temporary to permanent status.
• Non-union and union staff are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program with the following exception: Loretto Director Level and higher staff are NOT eligible.
• Referrals of previous Loretto employees will be allowed only if the rehire date is at least twelve months past the most recent termination date.
• Both the employee making the referral and the referred person must remain employed at Loretto for the employee to continue to receive the bonus payments.
