A Century of Impact

Rooted in Community. Driven by our Mission.

For 100 years, Loretto has been more than a healthcare provider—we’ve been a cornerstone of the Central New York Community.

Montessori communities provide specialized, individualized care based on the residents' abilities, strengths, and expressed interests.

Our impact is measured not only in numbers—but in lives touched, families supported, and communities strengthened.
