About The Heritage Memory Life Community

Providing Advanced Memory Care Since 1992

The Heritage Memory Life Community is the first residential program in Central New York to provide affordable, dedicated memory care for those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or dementia. The memory program here makes safety for our residents and peace of mind for their loved ones a priority. We have a fully certified staff, experienced in meeting the unique needs of the individuals who call The Heritage home. We have the knowledge, and most importantly the commitment to provide quality care. Our Memory Care program at The Heritage is person-first, building on an individual’s strengths to help them maintain a sense of independence.
Safety is a primary concern at The Heritage. We conduct safety checks every 2 hours, 24 hours a day. Our environment and activities are designed to stimulate residents physically and mentally, as well as provide opportunities for them to socialize and enjoy each other’s company.

A Word from the  Administrator

“The Heritage is one of the first memory care communities in the region, opening in 1992. We understand that caring for a loved one with dementia is a physically and emotionally exhausting job due to the need for their 24-hour supervision and continuous care. Our staff is trained to handle these demands so that family members can visit and spend quality time with their loved ones without the pressure of providing for their daily care needs.”
