Guidelines from the New York State Department of Health
UPDATED Wednesday, September 1, 2021.
Assisted Living Community Guidelines
- We can now allow in-person visits 14 days after a positive COVID-19 case.
- Testing is NOT required in order to visit these facilities.
- Visitors under 18 are allowed if accompanied by an adult.
- Ask your facility about # of visitors allowed per visit.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to get through screening. Appointments will not be extended due to delays.
If a positive case is discovered at any facility, visitation will be paused based on the New York State Department of Health guidelines. PLEASE be vigilant with wearing a mask, following proper hand washing and maintaining social distancing when visiting and when at home to help us ensure this doesn't happen.
